With the end of the year on the horizon, the calendar will definitely get busier at home and at school. Please make attempts to read teacher newsletters and messages to ensure you don’t miss out on any important news or events. As May begins, please find the following information helpful.

Office News:
The Parent Input Form will be shared via email on Friday, May 3. This is your opportunity to share parental insights that may help with your child’s placement for the 24-25 school year. This is not a teacher request form, as we do not accept requests for specific teachers. This form will accept responses until 4 PM on Friday, May 10.
As we begin to prepare for next year, please alert your teacher or the office if you will not be returning to Lincoln Park.
Sadly, Mr. VanBergen will not be returning to LP in the fall. He will be moving across the state this summer. Luckily, we were able to hire Mrs. Charity Bean (current permanent substitute) as the next first grade teacher.
As warm weather is bound to arrive any day…..please remember that flip flops are discouraged to be worn at school.
PTO News:
Please join our PTO for the next meeting on Tuesday, May 14 at 6:30PM in the library. If you are unable to attend the meeting, but are interested in giving input or helping out, please contact our PTO: lincolnparkptocrew@gmail.com
Mileage Club is coming up on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning on May 21. Be on the lookout for the sign-up shared by the PTO to come help our CREW count their laps at recess! Please be aware that you should have a completed ICHAT on file to participate in this activity.
Staff Appreciation:
Next week we get the opportunity to show our love and appreciation for all of our fabulous TEACHERS & STAFF! Be sure to check your Friday folders for ways we can show our appreciation all week long.
