The Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association along with its program partner Williams & Company, LLC announce Willie Burrel as the 2023 MEMSPA Outstanding Assistant Principal. Willie serves as one of the assistant principals at Mona Shores Middle School in Mona Shores Public Schools in Muskegon, Michigan.
