The true blue pride of Western Michigan, the Sailor Marching Band, is proud to present the 2024 show, Divas. This year’s show includes four songs: A Natural Woman, Crazy in Love, Skyfall, and Poker Face. This year's show also includes a drum break, which is also a dance team feature! The band has spent countless hours putting this show together for halftime. The band spent five days at band camp, with many rehearsals throughout the days there, including marching rehearsals to learn how to march the show, and sectionals to learn and memorize the music. In addition to band camp, the band rehearses many times throughout the summer before the start of band camp, They also rehearse many times throughout the school week in addition to individual practice time. All the time spent working is all worth it when it’s time to perform. The band has many opportunities to perform their show, including Grand Ledge, The Glow Show, and of course, the football games. The Sailor Marching Band is so excited to perform the 2024 halftime show for everyone to enjoy.
